Known for blending ground-level sales with strategic boardroom leadership, Perera has a proven track record in strategic planning, brand development, and operational excellence. His tenure at Unilever Sri Lanka earned him accolades like “Marketing Hero” and “Wall of Fame” for innovations in marketing and leadership. Holding an MBA specialized in Marketing and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (UK), he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK and the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing.
Perera’s appointment signals a strategic push for Swisstek, known for its ISO-certified tile grout, mortar, and skim coat products, to further enhance its market leadership and innovation in the construction industry.
